Our lucky creative arts students got the amazing opportunity to visit New York in the first week of Feb.

The students saw and experienced things that they couldn’t access in the UK as the New York museums and galleries hold world renowned collections of priceless works of arts and artefacts. They visited world famous landmarks like the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Chrysler building, there is a world famous land mark on every corner!

One of the highlights for the students was going to see the School of Rock on Broadway!

Head of Creative Arts Rachael Cooper says ‘the students benefited from being in another country which although is English speaking is culturally very different!  New York certainly is the city that never sleeps and as soon as we arrived we walked through Times Square and saw the world famous Macy’s department store and Radio City Music Hall. We walked through Central Park, saw the Tiffany Diamond, saw Little Italy, ate Mexican food and generally soaked up the atmosphere!’

Our Creative Arts department offers many courses, including photography, fashion, and graphic design. Call regarding more information about applying for September: (0)1780 484300
