The Employer Engagement team at Stamford College works with over 1,000 organisations to develop their workforce locally, regionally and nationally, helping them improve performance by developing the skills of their staff.

Offering placements is the perfect way to invest in the future generation of early years educators. Not only do these students offer an extra pair of hands, but we can also nurture their skills towards the requirements of future full-time employment opportunities.
Work Experience and Industry Placements
The team prides itself on establishing close links and effective partnerships with employers and their staff – success that has been highlighted by Ofsted, who reported that “partnership work is outstanding. Productive partnerships enable the College to be highly responsive to the needs of its community and employers”.
Hire an Apprentice
Between September to April, we encourage job vacancy listing for part-time work that can support learners in their studies. After this period we can consider full-time job vacancies in preparation for supporting our learners to progress into employment.
