Mayor opens new Learning and Skills Information Centre
Stamford Town Mayor Maureen Jalili unveiled the newly established Learning and Skills Information Centre in Stamford’s High Street on Tuesday, 31st March 2009. The A plaque was unveiled to commemorate the opening of the new Centre by the Mayor and College Student Ambassadors and staff were on hand to answer any queries or concerns pasers by had about their future.

If you need help finding a new job or want to look at the options available for retraining New College Stamford can offer support and help you to: • produce a CV that gets you that all important interview • Job search effectively to fully exploit potential opportunities • perform well at your interview and get the job you want • access other services and training that will aid your job-search. The Learning and Skills Information Centre will arrange for sessions to help with CV writing and individual one-on-one advice and guidance sessions.
Training needs analysis and access to their job searching suite with free fast internet connections and CV printing service is also available.
