This year our Art and Design, Fashion, Photography and Graphic Design students across all levels came together to showcase their outstanding work from the past academic year.
The event took place at New College Stamford at the end of June and gave visitors the chance to celebrate the success of our students who have worked tremendously on various briefs and projects throughout the year.
The Exhibition also featured work of graduates studying a Foundation Degrees in Graphic Design and Creative and Editorial Photography at University Centre Stamford displaying an outstanding calibre of work.
New College Stamford’s Creative Arts courses pride themselves on their links to top Arts universities across the UK, including University of the Arts London, which is one of the world’s top 6 Art and Design universities.
The high level of work and experience students gain throughout the year undertaking a range of briefs and exhibitions both locally and nationally, helps develop their portfolio and prepare them to gain a foothold into the industry.
Students on these courses have secured places at some of the UK’s top Arts Universities and in to employment with companies such as Kurt Geiger.
As the exhibition was open to the public, students received real critique on their artwork whilst gaining experience preparing for real a public exhibition.
This year’s exhibition had its very own ‘private view’ evening, giving visitors a closer insight into the spectacular work produced by our students.
