It has great health benefits that can improve your balance, agility, flexibility, strength and stamina. T’ai Chi de-stresses through co-ordinated breathing and mindfulness practice. It is also ideal for creating a balance between mind and body, and a feeling of inner calm, improving muscle tone and posture.
