Practical Vs Theory
This Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools CACHE Diploma provides an in-depth understanding of the knowledge and skills required for working directly with children or young people in primary, secondary or special schools. It covers all aspects of Specialist Support including planning, delivering and reviewing assessment strategies to support learning alongside the teacher, bilingual and special needs support and personal development and reflective practice.
The course is assessed entirely in the workplace so there is no need for you to attend College. Unless however you do not already hold a grade C in GCSE English and/or maths in which case we would require you to attend these classes at the College
Studying for my degree was the best thing I ever did. I have been appointed as an Outdoor Education Lead for a local school where I will build and implement a forest school education from scratch.
