Take your first steps to becoming a qualified Team Leader or Supervisor in a first-line manager role. Key responsibilties are likely to include: supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems and building relationships both internally and externally. This course is approximately 80% work and 20% training.
