Getting Connected
Our sessions are delivered live via Google Meet, ensuring you can join easily from your desktop or mobile. These are meeting-style sessions, so your microphone will be on for interactive discussion, although video is entirely optional.
Once you register, you’ll receive an email containing the meeting link and further instructions on how to join the session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time, and you’ll be connected directly to our online session.

Using Google Meet
Once youโve registered for an information session, youโll receive an email with a Google Meet link. You can either download the Google Meet app by following the instructions below or simply join via a browser on your smartphone or other devices.
On Windows & Mac (Desktop/Laptop)
- Open the email containing the Google Meet link.
- Click the meeting link to open it in your web browser.
- If prompted, allow access to your microphone. Video is optional.
- Click Join now to enter the session.
On Chromebook
- Open your email and click the Google Meet link.
- The meeting will open in your Chrome browser.
- Allow microphone access if prompted.
- Click Join now to enter the session.
On iOS (iPhone & iPad)
- Download the Google Meet app from the App Store if you havenโt already.
- Open your email and tap the meeting link.
- The Google Meet app will open automatically.
- Tap Join now to enter the session.
On Android
- Download the Google Meet app from the Google Play Store if needed.
- Open your email and tap the meeting link.
- The Google Meet app will launch.
- Tap Join now to enter the session.
No account is required to join the session, and you donโt need to download any software on a desktopโuse your browser. If you experience any issues, check your internet connection or try refreshing the page.
