When Is Results Day?

Thursday, 22nd August:

GCSE’s (English, Maths and Science), Level 2 Cambridge Technicals and BTEC Level 2

Thursday, 15th August:

A-Levels, Level 3 Cambridge Technicals, and BTEC Level 3 (Year 1 or final year)

Collection

Where To Collect Your Results?

In Person:

All results can be collected from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM. If you are collecting GCSE or A-Level results, please head to the Bistro Area. For all other results, such as BTECs and Cambridge Technical exams, please collect from the Exams Office (YE308).

Online:

You can view your results from 8:30 AM onwards on ProPortal. Please Note: Don’t try logging in early, as you won’t get access.

What If You Can’t Pick Up Your Results?

Option 1:

A family member can collect your results with your permission. This has to be emailed to exams@peterborough.ac.uk.

They will need:

A letter (written & signed by you) stating who can pick up your results
Your student ID badge
The collector’s photo ID

Please note: As an Awarding Body requirement, results will not be given to anyone else without permission. Results are only emailed on special occasions and can take a while due to processing.

Option 2:

Any results not picked up by 12:00 PM will be posted to your home address.

A Step-By-Step Guide

Accessing Exam Results on ProPortal

Step 1

Visit ProPortal by clicking here.

Step 2

Complete the log in. The network username is your student ID number found on your badge. If you need a password reset please contact itservices@ieg.ac.uk and email them the following:

Student number
Student full name
Student date of birth
Students address on the system

Step 3

If login is successful, you should see the main ProPortal screen, click on ‘Information’ then select exams. Once this page has loaded you will be able to see your results
