Business T Level Organise 'Paws for Mental Health’
Our new Business T-Level cohort recently organised ‘Paws for Mental Health‘, a wellbeing event designed to promote positivity and wellbeing across campus.
The student-led event provided an engaging platform for both students and staff to focus on mental health, emphasising the importance of open conversation about wellbeing.
The event featured a wide range of activities, students had the opportunity to speak with representatives from various charities, enjoy a bake sale, speak to local gym representatives, and browse offerings from local craft companies. The College’s photography students also hosted a fun photo booth, adding a creative and interactive element to the day.
The event plays a key part in the Business T-Level course, with the class dividing into teams to support the financial, marketing, and planning aspects of the event, developing essential skills that students can apply when progressing into any workplace.
By combining informative, social, and creative activities, the Business T-Level students created an inclusive environment that encouraged participation and connection for staff and students across the College. “Paws for Mental Health” highlighted Stamford College’s commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive campus culture, where wellbeing is valued and prioritised.
Well done to all our Business T Level students who organised a fantastic event!
