Catering Students Serve Up Success at the Iconic Peterborough Cathedral

Catering students from both Stamford College and Peterborough College once again showcased their professionalism and skill at the Peterborough University Graduation Ceremony, held at the iconic Peterborough Cathedral.

The students prepared and served four canapé options to nearly 1,000 attendees, including graduates, families, dignitaries and staff. The event was a fantastic opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a real-world, high-pressure environment and they rose to the occasion with incredible confidence and capability.
