College Air & Defence Students Kick Off Term with Industry Visit to RAF Cranwell
Students from our Air & Defence College recently put their skills to the test during an immersive station visit to RAF Cranwell.
The action-packed day saw our students tackle a variety of hands-on physical and leadership challenges. Highlights included formal drill practice, a 2km fitness run, and low ropes courses that pushed teams to problem-solve and communicate under pressure.
Experiencing industry environments firsthand gives our students a decisive edge, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world career pathways while offering an authentic look into service life.
Beyond the physical fitness and technical discipline, seeing the cohort bond across the low ropes and drill square sets a fantastic, high-energy tone for the academic year ahead.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to RAF Cranwell for hosting and inspiring the next generation of air and defence professionals.
