Lincolnshire Apprentice Scarlett Ball Celebrates 'Highly Commended' at Prestigious County Awards
Scarlett Ball, current Level 3 Apprentice, has achieved a remarkable milestone after being awarded ‘Highly Commended’ for the coveted Apprentice of the Year award at the Greater Lincolnshire Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2026.
The ceremony, which celebrates the brightest vocational talent across the region, saw Scarlett recognised for her outstanding dedication, skill, and impact. Standing out in a fiercely competitive category, her commendation spans across all apprenticeship sectors in Lincolnshire, marking her as one of the top apprentices in the entire county.
Scarlett was joined at the awards ceremony by her proud support team, including Brendan Cocks, Plumbing Lecturer, her assessor, Colin Atkin, and a director from Messenger, all celebrating her incredible achievement.
Her employer, Messenger, has long been a champion of developing local talent, and Scarlett’s recognition highlights the success of their apprenticeship programme. Her award reflects not only her personal commitment to excellence but also the strong mentorship and support system provided by her assessors and employer.
