Stamford College Beauty Students Secure Roles at Bannatyne Following Glowing Employer Feedback

Level 3 Beauty Therapy students at Stamford College are celebrating a major milestone in their career journeys, successfully securing employment with Bannatyne Health Club & Spa.

The achievement highlights the college’s exceptional employer links and its commitment to preparing students for immediate success in the wellness and beauty sector. During the rigorous interview process, which included a practical trade test, representatives from Bannatyne were incredibly impressed by the high standards taught at the college:

“The trade test massages performed by all your students were excellent. Their movements and pressure were very impressive; the routines you have taught them are the best we have seen from any students to date.”

For Level 3 student Keira Seymour, securing a role as a Spa Practitioner at Bannatyne is the culmination of a deeply personal journey. Keira’s interest in the industry was originally sparked by her own skin health journey, which ignited a fascination with skincare science. 

Reflecting on her time at Stamford College, Keira said, “My tutors have been great at supporting me with coursework and giving feedback. They are always brilliant at giving improvement tips after our assessments to help develop our skills. Working in the College’s live commercial beauty salon and treating the general public is so beneficial and has really developed my confidence. I was a really shy student before coming to College, but this course has given me the professional skills to work as a Spa Practitioner at Bannatyne.”

Fellow Level 3 student, Megan, has also secured an exciting role at Bannatyne, putting her success down to the practical hands-on lessons and valuable industry experience.

Megan highlighted the impact of the course’s experiential learning, saying, “The work experience side of my course developed my skills in a truly professional way. Working directly in the industry you want to get into is such a good experience, as well as the trips to premier industry locations like Ragdale Hall Spa.”
