Stamford College Music Students Take the Stage at Voodoo Lounge Showcase

Students from the Level 3 Music Performance and Production at Stamford College took to the stage at Voodoo Lounge, an intimate live-music venue beneath Mama Liz’s in Stamford.

The event provided our learners with a real-world platform to perform, produce and promote their music, building both their technical skills and confidence in a professional setting.

Throughout the evening, our students engaged audiences with original material, applying the live-performance principles taught on their Level 3 courses, including sound engineering, stage craft and promotional strategy. The Voodoo Lounge, known for supporting emerging artists and offering industry-standard rehearsal and recording facilities, offered the perfect setting for this practical experience.

This showcase marks a key milestone in the Music curriculum at Stamford College, reinforcing our commitment to delivering immersive, industry-relevant opportunities supporting students after they progress into the Music industry.
