Stamford College Partners with RSPCA to Support Animal Welfare and Student Learning

Stamford College is proud to be working in partnership with the RSPCA through our Animal Studies department, creating meaningful opportunities that benefit both animals in need and the next generation of animal care professionals.

This collaboration strengthens our commitment to promoting excellent standards of animal welfare while enriching the educational experiences of our students.

Through this partnership, students gain hands-on learning and real-world insight into the responsibilities involved in caring for, rehabilitating, and supporting animals awaiting rehoming. By working closely with the RSPCA, learners develop essential practical skills and a deeper understanding of welfare practices—knowledge that is invaluable as they prepare for future careers in animal care, veterinary services, and wider welfare sectors.

The collaboration also plays an important role in giving animals a second chance, ensuring they receive the care, attention, and compassion they deserve.
