Stamford College Student Alice Joins NSPCC Young Board and Makes National Impact
Stamford College is thrilled to congratulate Alice, a Level 1 Art and Design student, who has been selected from over 1,000 applicants to join the NSPCC Young Board.
Since joining, Alice has made an incredible impact, contributing to important initiatives aimed at protecting and supporting young people across the UK.
Among her achievements, Alice has played a key role in discussions around the Online Safety Bill, set to take effect in 2025. She presented proposals and recommendations to industry leaders at the House of Lords alongside Lord Vaizey, demonstrating her ability to influence national policy. Additionally, Alice has visited Downing Street to support the Children at the Table campaign, which aims to improve the lived experiences of young people. The campaign has now been shortlisted for a PRCA award, recognising the meaningful work of Alice and her fellow board members.
Alice will be attending the awards night in London to celebrate this achievement. Stamford College congratulates her on this remarkable success and wishes her the best of luck at the ceremony. Her dedication, leadership, and creativity are a shining example of the extraordinary potential of our students.
