By apply­ing and pay­ing for the bus pass it is valid for the entire aca­d­e­m­ic year, refunds will not be giv­en if you com­plete your stud­ies early.

No. Refunds will not be giv­en after the 1st Novem­ber, this includes but not lim­it­ed to:

• If you pass your dri­ving test and no longer require col­lege transport

• If you with­draw or are with­drawn from the college

• In excep­tion­al cir­cum­stances a refund request can be made and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Information on public bus services is available through their websites directly and they may be a preferable option to many students as services can be cheaper and more flexible. 

If you miss your bus home students will be expected to find alternative ways to get to college at their own expense.
