Oscar Exhibits Work at London’s Origins Creative 2024
Out of more than 500 nationwide entries, Stamford College student Oscar Cutmore’s work, Dudley short animated children’s film has been selected to be exhibited at the Origins Creative 2024 exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London.
Oscar, who also won Inspire Education Group (IEG) Student of the Year last month, will have the exciting opportunity to see his work exhibited in a London venue open to the public.
He said ‘The media course at Stamford gave me the understanding of industry skills and expectations. We were given the freedom to explore our creative interests. I’ve now have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship for my degree in Visual Effects at Escape Studios in London’.
Oscar has also won Best Visual Effects at the Eastern Europe Film Festival in June and both Best Visual Effects and Best Children’s Short at the Makizhmithran International Film Festival in July!
Oscar’s work was part of his Final Major Project for his Level 3 Media course at Stamford College which he exhibited during the college’s ‘Party in the Car Park’ final year showcase. Watch Oscar’s short children’s film, Dudley, below.
